So its better to Buy it with the Aftercooler right?
I hate being drawn into 'Yes or No' answers. The answers above are about as good as I'll give.

Can i reach 300 HP at the Wheels??
Possibly. It really depends more on the dyno than the car if you know what I mean.

ohhh and at how many PSI the Charger runs Stock?
Mine was 5.4psi but others have had different figures. I'm currently at 8.

Will a Header bump me up more HP
Couldn't say, but I can say it depends on the header.

Can you Fit a Blow Off Valve in the Comptech Aftercooler?
Yes. You may need to make an adaptor but it is possible. That said, it won't be an actual blow off valve. It's a bypass. I guess the subtext is "Will I get da fully sick fart noise?". Sorry, but no.

Um, not likely. You'll need to look into the new Comptech higher boost pulley if you get the aftercooler and even then, reaching 300 might be iffy without tuning.

ps. You seem to be obsessed with the goal and not really understanding the importance of the information given here as to how to get there. This may only lead to disappointment.
