I'm afraid "fame" is something that others bestow upon me and I have no control over it. I don't know everything but if I do know something, I try to help people.
Your best bet here is to PM a link to this thread and ask "Slows2k" to read it. He has much knowledge of such things and he has access to parts information and a direct pipeline to Honda in Torrence, CA.

FWIW, I took the play out of my clutch pedal and it made a noticeable difference in my slight third gear notchiness goin in.

 

Its about 35 degrees here today and when i got into the car and drove it, there was no grind until the car was fully heated up which took about 5 miles.

Does this mean that i need a thicker fluid??

 

No. It may simply mean that the fluid you have in there now is inadequate for doing the job in your tranny. Like I said before, you should try going with the friction modified GM stuff and also try a clutch fluid change. Hot weather can do odd things to both these fluids. Failing this, you should go back to Honda MTF. Recent posts have indicated that as good as the FM stuff is, it doesn't last very long, either.
