ok, i'm about to do this change too, and going to M1. Now when I change it. Do i have to run a few miles with the car then change it again because the one in the motor isn't syn? Or it doesn't matter?

It doesn't matter. Try to do a hot change, give it at least an hour to drain and not enough old oil will remain to worry about.

ok, so basicly the best thing to do for me(cause I have to change tranny and motor oil) take the car for a drive, then lift it and drain them both at the same time for atleast an hour.
Thx for the tip
