Default Titanium retainers and springs

Would installing Titanium springs and retainers have any significant benefits? I so far understand that they withstand stress better than stock springs, as so i have read, for racing applications, but how would a daily driver benefit?

Titanium retainers will wear faster than the OEM steel ones. No one has a milage interval, as most of the S2k's using Ti retainers don't have many miles or come apart quite often.

Titanium will eventually gall on the bottom of the retainer where the spring rests.

They are lighter, and allow a higher rev limit. Unless you are prepared to take the head apart every 10K or so to inspect for wear, stay away from them.

Fine for race cars, and other cars that don't have to last 100K +

Ti is not used to make springs though.
