Is it possible to remove and fix the soft top frame pieces that have the rough spots mentioned on the tsb 09033 without having to remove the whole top and frame from the car? Could I actually remove only the parts of the frame that have the rough areas and get away with just removing the vinyl top back far enough without having to remove it completely?
