torque specs please help

i have a 2003 s2000 need torque specs for the
connecting rods and heads bolts thanks.

Cylinder head bolt: 16lbs/ft torque.
Connecting rods: 18lbs/ft torque.

Remember to use lock-tite and torque the cylinder head bolts in sequence. Hope that helps.

is that 16lbs plus 90deg twice or flat 16 lbs.
