Default TRANNY FLUID HELP!

Ok, so the syncros are grinding when i shift at high rpms. Anyone have a suggestion as to a fluid that might help the tranny a little? I know it wont fix it or anything just something that might help.
Thanks for any help.

Flush the clutch fluid. You might have bubbles.

eh? if he has air in the clutch fluid he'd notice it pretty quickly and his symptoms would be a lot worse than a 1-2 grind. even then, if he got air into his clutch fluid and didn't recently to a clutch fluid change/bleed, then he's got a much bigger problem.

It's not that obvious. Air makes the clutch 'soft', and the clutch might end up dragging during shifts.

I changed my tranny fluid to GM Synchromesh last weekend. Super easy and made a big difference on ease of shifting into gears. Might want to get one extra bottle b/c it is pretty hard to get every last drop out even with a tube. I have not experience grinding issues though.

I just switched over to Syncromesh FM and it does make a noticeable difference in smoothness. 1-2 9K shifts are smooth(er) than before with Honda MTF. I'm hoping it will stand up to auto-x duty a little better as well; it feels quite notchy and grinds a bit afterwards lately. I'll find out this weekend if it helps in this regard.

just to share alittle story.

I love GM SM to death but when i pour them into my S2000 tranny, it doesn't feel right. I am so pissed that i flush them out with honda MTF.

If you guys like it, that's great for me, i swear by 10k oem flush

but i notice when i use GM SM on my other honda, the fluid tends to shift very well during the first couple thousand miles but they don't last as long as oem juice(i have no solid proof other than righthand dyno )
