Tranny out
I've been having some bad issues with my clutch not disengaging and my gears grinding pretty bad. I pulled the tranny and found this.

Pretty dirty. The crap on it feels rubbery and sticks pretty bad. I put the clutch plate on the spline and slid it back and forth with hand and it was very very rough. I was sliding the transmission across the floor because it was sticking so bad. Is this rubbery crap the reason my clutch wont disengage?
Where's my spring!?!

Found it. It's all chewed up.

Is this part of my problem, or is it damage from my problem?

Are these wear marks on my pressure plate okay?
I'm going back to college for a week and I'll be back next weekend to fix it and reinstall the parts. I need to know what all to get. I'm getting a clutch disk and throw out bearing. How hard is it to replace the input shaft bearing? There's a pretty bad whine when the car is in neutral and it slows down and goes away when I push the clutch in.
Also, I destroyed the bolts on the propeller shaft. Do I HAVE to put those dumb 6mm hex bolts from Honda in, or can I put something that wont strip out in?

what the..??... its a good idea to replace that clutch disk and throw out bearing.... that input shaft bearing replacement requires gutting the tranny, its better to get it done by a professional innit....
there are 2 bearings, one in the start and one at the end, output shaft i think, plus a rubber seal, replace these and the noise will go away, i got my done and the whine GOES away.

New clutch disk and throwout bearing. Get your pressure plate and flywheel resurfaced. Clean the splines with WD40 and apply a generous amount of Honda's green grease. Also apply grease to the clutch disk where it fits on the input shaft splines and the inside and out side of the throw out bearing and also on the clutch fork where it meets the throwout bearing. Should be butter after that. OH and the plunger on the slave cylinder. If it has a little nipple on the end sand it off and grease it well.
Edit: Oh and as for the allen head bolts you don't have to re use them. Alot of guys on here have bought automotive grade bolts with the same thread pattern and length with your typical bolt head.

What kind of noise are we talking about? I didn't recognize any, but pressing the clutch and releasing it made a horrid ruckus.
this the noise you are talking about?? here is a clip of my car making noise when i my foot is of the clutch paddle in neutral, and the noise goes when its pressed in??? mine was fixed when i replaced , a throw out bearing, pilot bearing and input and output bearings.
