Default Trans Problem Again! Help Please!

Okay so about 2 months ago my trans on my02 went out. 3rd gear grind. SO I upgraded to an 05 ap2 trans with about 40k miles on it. Everything went smooth upon install put in a new clutch, pressure plate, and throw out bearing. Drove it 1000 miles before going past 4000 rpm. Its now been about 5000 miles and I was driving home today around a corner and shoved the clutch in downshifted to 3rd, then shoved the clutch in again and just coasted to the stop sign. I went to put the car in 1st gear and and wouldnt go, went to put it into 2nd gear and it wouldnt go. it would only move over to the neutral position in between 1st and 2nd. Well now I went outside to play with it and it goes into 1st and 2nd but its real tough and notchy. its not smooth like it used to be. I drove it around the block once i got it into 1st gear and it shifts into 2nd but its still tough. Like you really have to lean on it to it into 2nd. And then 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th are all fine and normal. It just seems to be 1st and 2nd. Any one that can help its appreciated. Thank you.

Oem Honda manual trans fluid. And I just put it in when I changed the trans. So probably 5000 miles ago.

bleed slave cylinder? 3rd and up are usually easy to get into once you're moving. I had a spring fall out of my clutch disc once and lodge the PP. Had to force into first at stop signs/lights and then shift clutchless. 2nd is hard but 3rd and up aren't too bad.

I would flush the transmission fluid either with fresh honda mtf or amsoil and check if there's anything unusual about the old fluid, I would also check the clutch pivot fork for grease and add any if needed.

good luck
