Default transmission wobble sound?

Ok so I went auto crossing in my 2000 s2k and afterwards the transmission is now making a wobble sound (not like a grind) as I come to a stop at say 5-10 miles per hour. It does this in neutral and all other gears with the clutch disengaged. The transmission shifts just fine in all gears and both the trans and diff fluid been changed recently. Any ideas?

By "wobbling", do you mean that as you slow down, the frequency of the sound also decreases? If so, you have isolated the tranny by disengaging the clutch. It then also doesn't matter what gear you're in. Your engine has also returned to idle, as has your transmission input side. Any "wobbling" sound would be confined to things that slow down as the car slows down. this would involve everything from the output side of the tranny (rear part) all the way to the drive tires on the ground.
With this in mind, you have the tranny rear bearing, propshaft, rear diff, CV joints, rear wheel bearings, rear brakes and tires.

Yes as I slow the car down the sound is decreasing, I cant help but wonder if maybe it has something to do with the prop shaft or out put shaft of the trans because it sounds like it is coming from the rear of the trans and the sound is more of a pulsating then a grind.

Have it checked out. "Where" a sound comes from when it's under the car, is very difficult to pinpoint.

Got it , i work at bmw parts and was able to get a mechanic in the shop to put the car on a lift. The small bolts that hold the universal joint that connects the propeller shaft (drive shaft) to the transmission were not tightened properly and were just about to fall out! I was told that they need to be torque to spec and Loc tight placed on the bolts. I am getting new bolts and grease at the Honda dealer tomorrow. Whew! Just glad that my transmission is ok.

The Propshaft bolts DO NOT need lock-tite, or any other thread locker. They will have to be cut out if when you need to remove them. Eventually, the clutch will need to be changed and the shaft will have to be removed.

Tightened properly, they will not fall out.
