About 4-5k miles ago, i replaced the clutch disk (cause of rattle) that was performed by honda (no warrenty), after i got it back the rattle was gone when letting off the gas. now when i let it reach 4.5k and let off the gas, its making this tiny rattling noise... to me it sounds like its wanting to virbate again!

anybody have this problem? any suggestion?

 

You are not alone. Many owners have reported the buzz coming back. This TSB does NOT appear to be a permanent fix. It's just a noise anyway and does not affect the mechanical workings of the car. If you can put up with it, just leave it.

i too remember that the clutch buzz went away after a clutch replacement.
