Default Tune on different octane level

I install TWM itb's with 550cc ev14 Bosh injectors , i run cold plugs.. 9cold.

I tuned on 87-89 octane with Bosh +4 plugs..... it pulled near 200whp.

I changed the plugs for colder ones and now i put higher octane level gasoline in the car. but i feel like its lacking power.

If i get another tune done considering the new plugs and octane level id regulary put in the car... would it affect my power number or it would be insignificant for the hassle of tuning again?

thx for answering

You can't get higher octane gas, in your area? Not too sure that you won't have long term issues, running lower octane.

They make a plug colder than 9? That seems really cold for an N/A application. I run 8s on a 75 shot of nitrous. No issues.
