i would if I could, but since I'm not using it, and it's not hooked up in the car, I can't download the setup file. Also, it has been programed for a dual ball bearing turbo with 600 cc injectors. If this is not what you have, it won't work that well. There are some other UR users on this forum that may be able to help. I would also think that Darryl at Ultimate Racing can help.

No, the ball bearing turbo is extra (I believe $700 more), and it is water cooled. Also, it comes with 600 cc injectors.

Ahhhh! Someone else is getting a water cooled turbo!

I guess these don't help much..

I got a -4 barbed fitting (I believe), and cut the water line feeding the stock oil cooler. I put the barbed fitting in to the rubber hose and clamped. Now we have a source for water and it's in standard fittings. Then I used a -4 to -6 union, and ran a -6 steal braided line to the turbo. The turbo has it's own metric adapter to -6, but I am sure yours it a standard size.

The return is more tricky. I took the stock return fitting out of the block. The thread is apparently a 18mm bolt thread oddly enough, so I had this piece custom made. They cut the stock fitting in half so there was no bung on it. Then they took a regular -6 union fitting, and they cut one end off, so it was half a union (basically a flat side with a hole in it, and the other end had threads for the braided line) then put the flat side on a lathe and cut an 18mm hole in the back side of it. The stock fitting then slipped in the back side of the union, and it was silver soldered together. The end result was the stock threads mated to a fitting which had -6 threads on it.

The beauty of this setup is that there is water flowing through the turbo even when the thermostat is closed.

They charged me $35 to make it.. If you're really desperate, I can have one made for you, I have an extra stock fitting here, but I would need you to send me yours back to replace it.

Nice job on your custom Turbo Chris. Thanks for the info. I ended up routing the water from the outlet of the relocated oil cooler to the turbo bearings and then to the return for the oil cooler in the side of the block. I hope that works.

That's a good idea, that never occured to me.. My manifold design does not allow for the stock oil cooler to be located there so it wasn't an option for me anyways....
