So when does it spool? Are you talking about no boost till 4000 rpm, full boost at 3500? I'd just like just some general #'s for onset of boost.
I can tell you that in my other car, boost starts at 2500, I have 2-3 psi by 3000 rpm, and full boost by 3500 rpm(this is where the tires break loose and the fun starts). The turbo is a full T04E "60" trim with tangential exhaust- it's incredibly large and laggy- but works well in the application(a FWD V6) due to traction issues.
When you hit the gas in a higher gear, how long does it take to spool? Seconds or is it virtually imperceptible? I'm not trying to harass you- I think the craftsmanship in this kit is the best I've seen and I'd like to have some idea of how it performs- I'm planning on putting a turbo or supercharger on mine some day soon.
