Default Two Questions

1) Has anyone ever heard of Sheep Dog exhausts?

2) When installing a header what new parts should be purchased from Honda?

1) I believe that Ferdian in Seattle has a Sheep Dog exhaust, and probably sells them, too (he's a site sponsor). It sounded pretty good.

2) I dunno!

1) Ferdian retails them here in the US. Though he no longer is using one on his car. (He went with some crazy loud single exit last month) A and J Racing retails these for Canada.

2) Dunno. I can't think of anything that would need to be replaced.

As per Helm manual:
2) Self locking nuts - (7), exhaust manifold gasket.

the manifold gasket isn't necessary. the stock one is aluminum and can be resused without any issues.
