Default Replacing exhaust manifold (header) - what parts are needed?

According the Honda manual you need to replace the manifold gasket and the lock nuts. I'd like to be prepared. Do you need to replace the lock nuts? What about the manifold to exhaust donut gasket? I have an '01 w/ 34K miles.

Also, any ideas on the donut gasket or lock nut part #s? They don't appear on my dealers part ordering diagrams.

Thanks.

18115-PCX-014 003 001 GASKET, EX. MANIFOLD (NIPPON LEAKLESS)

18229-PCX-003 008 001 GASKET, EX. FLEXIBLE (donut)

90217-657-000 013 007 NUT, SPECIAL (8MM) (manifold nuts)

Is there something wrong with the manifold that you need to replace it? You will need to replace the donut as they don't seal as well the second time around. With so few miles, I wouldn't feel the need to replace the nuts unless there was something obvious.

Nothing wrong - just adding an aftermarket header (and Berk HFC). MUCH appreciated on the part numbers.

^ This. Won't cost much, and could save you tons of time/frustration. And if it doesn't, you'll have peace of mind with new hardware.

Well, just look under there first and see how the bolts look. I've removed without problem before, but those spring bolts especially can get bent when really rusted.
