Unknown source of misfire/backfire
Haven't done that yet. Friend with the guage is out of town, and I did not have time to inspect. I did this right after work, and then I picked up my friend who just got into an accident. Will update as I do more diagnostic testing.
*Edit: I will just swap my coilpack to cylinder 3 and my sparkplug to cylinder 4 to rule out any of those first.

I don't want to jinx myself, but I might have found the source. Having the misfire in cylinder two, I swapped the pack into cylinder 1 and the plug to cylinder 3. If the misfire were to move to either cylinder 1 or 3, I would know what part was faulty. After driving for a couple of weeks, the misfire came back, but back into cylinder two. I began to think it was either the oil leak into the coil pack tube or it could have been the injectors. Took the cover off and changed the tube seal. Misfire continued. Moved injector #2 to cylinder #1. Took along my stethoscope(screwdriver) to see (listen) if my injector was getting stuck. Misfire continued, but still in #2! Ruled out coil pack, spark plug, and injectors for a single cylinder misfire. Frustrated, I just started touching everything. As soon as I touched the clip that goes into the coilpack, misfire immediately went away. I started wiggling the clips to each coilpack. I noticed that pack #2's clip was a lot looser than #1, 3, and 4. The clip would not fully 'click' in. I laced a zip tie through/between the three wires leading into the clip and tied the clip tight against the top of the coil pack. Misfire hasn't occurred since. But since my misfire was very intermittent (once a week) , I may have to wait and see for about a month to be 100% sure. I am hopeful that this was the cause. My theory behind it is because it was loose, the pack wasn't getting the voltage to fire the plug. As I give it 100% throttle with the clutch in, it sends more voltages and fires the plug correctly. Just my theory though and I have little knowledge of how electrical shit works. I hope I potentially helped someone that has the same problem as I do.
For anyone's future reference, my misfire continued. I depinned my connector on coilpack #2 and the connector was broken. Where the middle pin goes, it had cracked around it, making a bad connection. Swapped it out with a good one and has not misfired so far!
