Diff wear has begun to settle down, that is good. It was a short run but you had some track time. A bit of a spike in lead with the tranny but still in safe level territory. Everything looks decent. Honda tranny fluid gets thin , one reason why I change it once a year.

 

Maybe the data was tweaked to stop you from buying that new diff?

PPM is parts per million, don't worrie about 2-4 extra.
You won't see them.
