I'm waiting to get my S2k (it'll be like 2 weeks) and I'm going to get a UR Turbo kit. You guys think I should wait and break in the engine before I install the turbo or should I just bolt it on as soon as I can?

I'm experinced with turbos, I built an 11 sec turbo Type R im just wondering what you guys think i should do.

Any comments welcome

 

that would just spoil the fun of having a new car. break it in first and enjoy it then turbo. or just wait longer build the motor (drop compression) then run more boost later on

 

Spend some time learning the limits of the car before adding in more power...you'll thank yourself later (well, probably not, since you'd only thank yourself if you knew beforehand that you WOULD have wrecked if you didn't know what the limits are...kind of a Catch-22).
