Used Final ratio, Can be installed on other S2000

A friend is interested on my J' Racing 4:44 final ratio. I used for 6000 miles. Can he installed on his S2000? or should do something before.

Mine were installed by a Honda Dealer.

It'd be easier if the two of you just swap the entire Diff housing. Otherwise you have to mark off the backlash and wear patterns.
