Consider them whacked!
Played with too many hoses in the engine bay. They all start to look alike.

OK, my dyslexia meds have kicked in.

That line can be traced as follows:
From the top intake manifold, it goes to where your first arrow is.
It then goes between the intake runners and down where it disappears from view.
Underneath the intake runners, it goes into a "T".
The straight through part of the "T" is a hose that continues to the last arrow you added (into the side of the intake mani).
From the right angle part of the "T", another hose goes to the side nipple of the "Evaporative emission Canister purge valve". This thing has a wiring harness going to it. From this valve, it exits at the bottom and goes to the fat end of the "purge joint" (looks like a kind of cylindrical, tapered filter).
Then a hose comes out of the smaller end of this "joint" and goes to the "Evaporative emission cannister", which is near the fuel tank (that thing with the honeycomb design on one end, attached to the rear cross bar stiffener.

Dave beat me to posting more details. The hard line under the intake manifold is essentially a Evap purge manifold.

1 hose comes from the purge soleniod to the hard line, 2 hoses come out, which attach to 2 location on the intake manifold.

Don't mix up the purge line fitting in your pic with the coolant line fitting on the IAC. If you do, you'll be putting a large amout of coolant into the intake manifold, and engine. Possibly damaging the engine in the process.

Thanks so much. I found where it goes. Now if I could only get rid of the fault code. Its telling me that the direction of flow is reverse.

Get the actual DTC, don't clear it. clearing the code without making a repair does nothing to fix the car.

Please don't give such advice. He needs the DTC code first to be certain the problem has been addressed before doing this. Otherwise it will just come back again.
