Default Vacuum lines question, with pictures

So it looked like something chewed the wires for my vacuum switch control selinoid? And I'm trying to figure out if that's where this vacuum line connects ? I have a K&N FIPK installed, and it looks like something chewed the wires that connect to the >PP-T< I'm getting code P0411 P

The belt cut the wire. Repair the wires, and plug it back into the control valve. If you are lucky, it wont need an ecu.
