What are your vacuum readings at idle and just off idle(when vacuum is at it's highest)?

I'm reading approx. 23"Hg at idle and approx. 24-25"Hg off idle.

It seems like I remember seeing somewhere in the manual that idle vacuum should be 8.3-14.2"Hg. Does this sound right?

on my motor, with a 3mm headgasket, i am getting 20 at idle with no accesories, and 21-22 on decel.
