VAFC II

Default VAFC II

just installed my vafc II. I have the pnp harness from vtec frog. The vafc is on n running but its flickering when i get on the throttle. any ideas? any help would be appreciated.

anyone? it doesnt seem like its gettin constant power. vtec will kick in at different times sporadically.

Double check to make sure the harness is fully plugged in at both the ecu and at the VAFC...sounds like it is not making good contact somewhere along the way.

If all the connections are good, find someone else in your area with a working VAFC and plug yours in its place. See if it has the same problem. If so, then the VAFC has a problem. If it works fine in the other car, then your harness has a problem.

Also make sure all the corrections are set to zero until you can get it tuned.

Mine was wideband o2 tuned and dynoed with I/H/E(test-pipe), Today i just swapped the stock exhaust back on. So, can i keep the same setting or playing with the setting a little bit and still be safe or should i set everything back to 0 correction and get it re-tuned?
