valve adjusment

Default valve adjusment

so i herd on s2000 your suppsoe to do valve adjusment...im at 64k miles....and dont kow if the perviosu owner did one,,so yea..hlep please

do you hear a ticking noise when you drive? that's usually a hint that you need an adjustment. i got mine done at 60k and it helped.

at 64k miles, i would recommend getting it done regardless. also check the belts and change water pump and thermostat while you are at it. these are cheap and easy to do but can cause you trouble if not done

The s2k only has one belt. In the 4 years I've been working on s2k's, I have never seen a single bad belt, water pump, or thermostat. And what does that have to do with a valve adjustment?

it has nothing to do with valve adjustment. i suggested it since there is no record of what the previous owner did on the car
