Default Valve adjustment needed after break-in?

Hey everyone,

I have a quick question. I had a brand new head installed by the dealership about 3,000 miles ago due to a burnt exhaust valve on my old head (valve was too tight from the factory is what they said).

I have read that valves tend to get out of spec during the break-in period. Do you guys recommend that I get the valves adjusted now, or wait till like 10-15k? The car sees significant autox and track time, so I am thinking about playing it safe and just getting them done. I suppose I am a little paranoid after the whole burnt valve situation I was in. Thanks guys!

They don't go out of spec during break-in period if they were adjusted right. But if u have the $$ to spend to check and have a peace of mind go ahead.
