Neither have I. And I've looked at/changed somewhere around 20-25 sets now...so it's all purely speculation.

I have another question...
When using supertech dual springs/retainers, which keepers would you use? Ap1? Ap2? I don't think it comes with keepers? Anyone?

Thanks to everyone for their input. Since I know that there were a couple of over revs...I will let you know if there are any cracks...and for all I know the previous owner could have already made the switch...but valves need adjusting anyway. Thanks again!

1 hour. Yeah get over yourself.

I have done the retainer swap 25 times (that is an honest number, as I am on my 25th S2000 with broken retainers)

If I am FLYING I can do it in 1 hr 50 minutes. I typically spend 2 hrs 20 minutes. And that includes adjusting the valves.

I recommend spending half a day.
