Default Vibration under hood

I am getting a strange vibration sound under the hood of the car. It has been happening for a week or so I have not figured out when or how it happens, until this morning. When I start driving from cold start there is no vibration issues. My daily commute to work is 30 minutes so about 20 minutes into it the vibration starts. I figured out that it only happens when the clutch is not pressed to the floor. If I press the clutch the vibration sound stops. Does anyone know why this could be happening?

Thanks in advance!

Do you mean a buzzz while decelerating in gear & driving?
That's kinda normal, its gear backlash you notice because of loose clutch disk damper springs.
Search for "clutch buzz", you'll find many posts about it.

If not, describe the situations when you hear the noise.
Like, what speed, what gear, on/off throttle, ect.

It is when the car is in neutral, so when I am not moving and when the clutch petal is not in it makes the rattling vibration sound. If I push in the clutch, the vibration sound stops.

The car is completely stock also.

You're correct.

You could replace your bearing OP if you want it to go away. Most cars will make some noise in N. Mine does. Will replace when clutch goes.

Just drive more

Cool thanks guys, only 42k on the car so it may be a while *hopefully* before I need a new clutch!
