Violent shaking in second gear!

It wasnt specifically teh rear that was shaking, the whole car was just thrusting back and forth, it was enough to get my head shakin. It happened because i let go of the clutch way to fast in my gear change into second. I drove the car today and everything seemed fine.

What about using one of those engine torque dampener things, looks like a shock absorber?

Ive seen alot of them on civics and integras, they end up shaking the car more.

this happened to me before alot actually. but hasnt happened since i changed my diff and trans fluid.
