Vortech Sc/ac with Nitrous?

Default Vortech Sc/ac with Nitrous?

ok i have never used nitrous....so i don't know how dangerous it is...
so my question is could and Vortech SC/w ac S2000 hold a dry 50-65 shot with stock internals....
lets say squeezed twicea week...prob won't even be that much..

all comments are helpfull.

RCR S2 Is the only one one I know of on the board with N20 and a Vortech. He has several posts decribing his system. I'd search for those.

Check with Webestore, he was running nitrous oxide and a Vortech supercharger last year.



Set up your Vortech correctly and you won't need the nitrous.

No way would I do this w/stock internals. But that's just me.

No not DRY kit! You wont be able to get enough fuel out of the stock injectors unless you have upgraded your injectors and running AEM EMS. You'll be running extra lean and then....BOOM!

Stock injectors are maxed with the Vortech alone. Also, you have to be very careful even with wet kit becuase the Vortech uses an FMU that increases fuel pressure with increase in boost. This will disrupt the tuned AFR of the wet kit.


Bottom line --- No Dry kits with Vortech unless you have larger injectors and precise control.
