Default VSA and Vsa "off" lights come on intermittently

So I have heard of the 2 VSA lights coming on but WITH the brake light as well and this usually means low brake fluid, but my brake fluid is fine, along with all other fluids. Nothing happens when they come on but I would still like to know why it happens.

The status of the VSA Warning, VSA Indicator and Brake light when the ignition is on can be used to try and narrow down the issue but there are about 10 faults for each combination so you would only be guessing. Try sticking a meter across the brake fluid level switch and see if its operating correctly. Other than that get a tester plugged into it and read the fault code.
