Turn on, and drive almost right away, not only keeping it under 3-3.5k, but also pedal position. I am easy on gas pedal until fully warmed.

I don't like to drive my car hard until the oil is at operating temperature. Based on the data I saw on other cars, the oil takes approximately twice as long to warm up as the coolant does.

I listen for the air pump to kick off, then put it in gear and drive out of the garage. The speed limit is 30 MPH for a few miles, so that allows for a nice engine, tranny and diff oil warm up before I have to do highway speeds. After about 10 miles, everything is hot enough to let 'er rip!

depends how cold it is really....it got into the teens last night and it was outside at the gfs so i waited about a minute to start driving and always stay below 3 grand until its operating temp. if i just pull it out of my garage in the summer time i just start driving since i dont need to reach hwy speed for a while.

I let it warm up until a second bar appears.

Until my oil pressure gauge reads 50s, oil temp gauge reads 100, And water temps reads around 150
Usually that's about 5 or so minutes. I'm very careful when it comes to warming up, so I drive it easy after those set points until oil pressure is around 35, oil temp in the 150s, and water temps at 185. Then I'll drive normal lol.

Crazy, but true

Thats what I do. Until it reaches full operating temp, I keep the RPMS as low as I can without lugging the engine.

Water temp has no reflection on Oil Temp. Oil takes a lot longer to warm up than the water especially in the S because the coolant gets up to temp very quickly. Why Homda didn't give the S and oil temp gauge I don't know. Drive steady for 5-8 miles!
