After washing the car ive noticed a small amount of water behing spare wheel where the base of the rollover hoops are & on the oppsite l/h side. There was also some drips on the rear tray behind seats. Any idea where this from.

 

Maybe there's a rip where the soft top connects to the body..

 

rainrail crack could cause water leak in the trunk area, right behind the spare tire.
You have to remove softtop and fix the rainrail.
