Default Water Leak

During summer my trunk was flooded with water in the center beneath the tool set. I thought I had sealed everything up, but it recently rained and I noticed that my trunk was still experiencing a water leak somewhere. On top of that, water is leaking on my passenger side under the seat and behind the speaker grill. The car is currently getting checked out with a mechanic, but I was wondering if yall had any input on the situation so I can get this matter taken care of. I also wanted to check if my drains were clogged, but I have no idea where they're located. The drains are supposed to be square funnels, but I still can't find them. After reading up old threads and descriptions, I have a general idea of where they are, but if anyone has pics of what they look like, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
