Going by the factory manual (2000-2003): 5 short bolts 16ft and the longer one that goes by the alternator 33ft. The three water pump pulley bolts 10ft.

Good Luck

yes this is correct for the actual pump/impeller side, i am talking about the actual pump housing, the piece that connect to the engine block

The manual calls it a "Thermostat Housing" and has a nice drawing but no torque specs.

You're talking about bolt #6 and #11 right?
Bolt #6 is an 8mm bolt in my '00 manual, torque is 22 Nm.
Bolt #11 is a 10 mm bolt, torque is 44 Nm.
(you have to do the conversions)

Hope this helps.
