Default Wavy/disformed rear bumper - what to do?

Hi Guyz!
I notices my rear bumper became wavy / dis formed in the central part basically it results by having the central left part lower than right.
What would you our recommendation to fix that?

looks like it might be caused by the heat from exhaust, question is how long you had this exhaust on and how is the temperature down there after driving...also is there some kind of head shield on the right side that's missing one left? (the black plastic near the right tip)

ok its sounds to me like it was removed (possibly to be repainted) and someone didn't fit it back on properly... see if the bottom part has both clips attached properly to the car (those two visible in picture). Seems like the one you circled is pulling the bumper in way too much compare to the other side so wonder if there is any damage to the car beneath the bumper.

I think that black plastic bit is only on the right side from the factory. Mine is like that and a few others I've seen too.

There are two metal brackets right behind that area, where the plastic push pins clip into. If they're bent, that may be why the bumper looks misaligned.
