I've had my 2002 S2000 for 2 months - love it.
I want to give it a polish
1. What do I use? I have Kitten Polish - is that any good?
2. Does one polish plastic and all painted parts or just the metal panels?

Any other tips would be appreciated.

ZAINO - You will find much discussion on the wash 'n wax section.

 

As far as your plastic, use Plexus for that. I use it on my rear window (I have a 2001 S), head lights and tail lights.
As far as your painted surface, many here will tell you about Zaino. You can see their site at www.zainobros.com. I use Meguiar's for my car.
Congrats on your car choice. I just saw that you are from Australia. I don't know if you can get the same products we have in the states. Maybe you should check with your Aussie mates. There are a lot of them here.
