Default Weak Crank Issue?

Having a weird issue on my ap1. Starter I know is good as well as the motor the engine ran before being pulled and swapped. When I push the push started I get a single click most of the time. Other times that engine turns about halfway over then less back to a click. The battery is new and works in other cars so that's not the issue. I've tested everything I can think of and everything seems to be getting power.. Any ideas?

Sounds like bad grounds, or bad positive connection points.
Have you checked that or measured any voltage drop?

Found a missing ground.. The shorter one that is near the motor mount on the subframe. Where does it go once it's bolted to the subframe?

Correction it goes to the right of the starter ground.. Now my only issue is I had the starter double grounded (right beside each other) where does the other end of the starter ground go?

The oxidized wire I know goes where it is my question is where does the other end go
