Weird clicking

I was thinking brake pad shifts, which is normal on honda cars. if it's axle nuts it would be more like a "POP" noise.

is there a way to distinguish between a "pop" and a "click" noise. clearly the "pop" will be louder but i dont have anything to compare it to

yeah thats from hardtopguy right...i saw that and was gonna order two axle nuts, but then i saw that i have to stake it. how do i stake it?

i just looked up how to do it, thanks....can i use a screwdriver instead or just use a stake punch

That's from Honda.
Install the new spindle nut, then tighten the nut. After tightening, use a drift to stake the spindle nut shoulder against the driveshaft.

...oh and i took the TSB number for the "click from the rear", and the guy said he couldn't find it in his computer. So he couldn't get me any info on it.
