Alright....I've got a appointment with the Honda service department later in the week, but maybe someone can give me a quick diagnoses so I will be a little more educated when I go in for the appointment.
Here's the problem.
The front end is extremely twitchy or loose feeling....almost like either the tyres on connected to the road. It also feels a little like a boat in the front end.
I had orginally thought the problem was under or over inflation with the tyres, but I have double-checked all four and they are the correct psi.
I also though that it might be an alignment issue, but the car doesn't pull to either side unless there is a noticable crown in the road.
Does anyone have a clue what might be the problem?

Btw....there has been no recent work done on the car and it's a '02 S2k.

 

Check your front tire sizes... I found that when I went from SO-2 205's to Yoko a032r's (225 in the front) it "TRACKED" the road.

 

I know you said you have no recent work done but have you had any tires replaced recently? I had a similar experience when I replaced my rear tires!

 

No....tires are about 9months/10,000mile old.
I'm starting to wonder if it might be the steering wheel or rack.

 

What kind of tires do you have? I have put brand new tires on. But they still did not even come close to the S-02's. The S-02's are one of the top 3 tires on the planet for street cars. Even a switch to S-03's make a noticable difference to the fairly agressive driver. I bought another companies (nitto) top of the line tire, and it was not even close, I had to go back and upgrade. My suggestion, don't even go with the Z, go with the euro "W" rating./
