No the helms doesn't call it adjustable or even tell you to do this.

But because honda made the bolts long enuf, you can do this if you want to.

I posted about this many, many months ago and there was no interest at all.

But yes, you can adjust the wheel up and down with washers. People in Japan have done it already.
