I got underneath my car to look for the brackets that I'm missing for my front plate plugs and I found this resting inside my front liner. I've glanced over a parts diagram and didn't notice it. Don't recall seeing a P/N.

 

it is a bump stop that goes between the motor and steering rack. It bolts to the front subframe
part number- 50260-S2A-000
if you go on majestic honda http://www.providencehondaservice.com/order-parts.aspx it is located under cross beam
