Default What to do with my F20?

So I have an 2003 Ap1 with a swapped f20c motor with approximately 140,000 miles on it. I didn't find that out until after I bought it.
I've driven the car about 20,000 miles so far..

-The oil consumption is outrageous. I am burning a quart anywhere from 350-700 miles. (amsoil synthetic 10w30)

-Compression tested out at 215 across all four cylinders at 120,000 miles which I think is pretty good.

-Car doesn't seem to have as much top end power anymore.. this could be subjective but that's just how I feel. Never been on a dyno.

-I only ever see blue smoke coming out of the exhaust from 7-9k rpm.. Still doesn't seem to justify burning so much oil.

Things I've done to try to save it:

-New spark plugs

-Switched to amsoil

-Converting to ap2 pcv system soon.

Do you guys think I might be due for a bottom end rebuild? Should I track down another f20? If rebuild, I have no idea where to start asking shops around me because I feel like they won't want to touch the motor on this car. I would also just want to order all the parts (quality) that I need and just show up with the parts needed and have them build it. Any advice would be appreciated. I'm starting to get kind of frustrated with this car...

check for an oil leak somewhere and try a conventional oil. I use Valvoline. I burn a quart every 1000-1500 miles; MY01 106,000 miles, compression 210-215.

I looked as best as I could and recently replaced the valve cover gasket and the O-ring on the cam gear bolt which was leaking a bit.. It hasn't really made a difference. I keep the car parked inside and there are never any wet spots on the ground :/

Use less expensive oil. There is no real difference.

Until you find where the oil is going you are just guessing.

That much use does sound like a leak.

If the leak only occurs when the engine is running, you may not see spots in the parking place. Leave it running and watch. Or put newspapers under it to make it easier to spot, and leave it running for a while.

Is any part off the underside oily? Engine drip blowing back might wet down the underside, rear suspension, crossbrace, diff, etc.

How are you driving the car for that period of time? Cruising or track / spirited drives?

I rev the car out a lot after it's warmed up so more on the spirited side. The one time I got 1,000 miles without burning a quart of oil was when I kept the car out of vtec the whole time...Not fun.

Honestly I am not that far off. If I drive 700 miles of spirited driving I would notice a similar amount of consumption. I just leave a quart of oil in the trunk

I believe your oil consumption is normal.I hoy VTEC about 1-2 times per 500 miles.

I'm at 1 qt every 900 to1000 miles. I am getting ready to install a catch can for the pcv and vent to see if that does anything for me.

I was using full synthetic and it was burning about every 1000miles. Just switched back to conventional and maybe a quart every oil change. If you are constantly taking it past VTEC that's probably why you are burning so much. I have a f20 136,000. Same issue as you no leak to be spotted anywhere.
