Default What filter to use with Castrol Syntec?

I have been using Mobil 1 synthetic w/ MB105 filter for the past two changes and have just bought Syntec for this change. I went to Pep Boys and they only have AC Delco, Puralator and Frram (Crap, Crap and Crap in my opinion). What would you folks sugguest for a good filter to be used with synthetic oil? Could I use the MB105 or will it have issues filtering a different type of oil?

Well, last oil filter I talked to told me that he couldn't tell what kind of oil was going through him.

Whether it be dino oil or synthetic, it should make any difference to the filter. The filter doesn't filter oil as such. It filters the suspended particles the oil carries.

Just to let you know Purolator and ACDelco make very good filters for our cars.... Just keep away from Fram.

So tell us why you are changing Rev2-9k? What is wrong with the Mobil that you used before?

Nothing wrong with the Mobil 1. I just want to try something new. Oh and the case was mislabeled @ $15.00 for 6 quarts. I would have gotten a few cases but it was the only case left.
