What fluids to change?

Thats actually what I did first. Suck it out, hit the clutch a lot, repeat many times. However, I looked back a week or so later, and it was dirty again. If the baster gets it cean enough, I wouldnt worry about the bleeder vavle I guess, but its really simple. It'd be even easier if you had someone up top filling and someone below working the bleeder.
