Default what is this noise, and where is it coming from?

So I've had this whistling/whine noise coming from around the driver's side headlight for about a week now. the sound first started on a cold morning and stops every time i rev the engine but as the video shows it comes back up again. at times it smells like something is burning.

i currently have a CEL for the TPS which i would think has nothing to do with this sound. and i know i need a tct

the air pump is right there and engages on cold start up only. The likely source. They do fail after a while, or something could be disconnected.

Yeah it kinda sounds like your airpump might be going bad. Mine started turning on and off randomly then blew the fuse. I had to buy a new one from here. I had the CEL for it though, it was the P0410 code if I remember right. Man you must have bad luck! I just sold you that knock sensor you had a CEL for!

LOL! Yeah I know, that knock sensor was my own fault when I replaced the clutch. I replaced the sensor, had the pleasure of not seeing that CEL for about a week and bam! Got another CEL. I'm heading to Autozone, maybe I do have the code.

Doesn't sound like a bad tensioner to me.
