I have 1000 bucks and its burning a hole in my pocket. I want to spend just about all of it under the hood. I already have a straight pipe and exhaust, and have a k&n filter. I am thinkin about buying a comptech cai (any idea on how much these cost?), and after that i dont know what to buy. Any motorheads in here know what I should get. Im thinkin a v-afc and new fuel stuff (fuel rail, pump, regulator) or I can get a nos kit with the rest money. ANY IDEAS??

thanks in advance.

I'd get a CAI (the Comptech one is ok), the heatshield gasket, a thermostat, fan switch, VAFC and have it tuned.

I have the Injen CAI, Spoon radiator cap, thermostat, fan switch, DC-Sport headers, hondata heatshield gasket, test pipe, Apex'i VAFC, ACT clutch Kit. I'm waiting on tuning the car, but I don't know if I should wait for my exhaust and my Venom Racing VCN-2000 nitrous kit.

DraggnDropTop, with $1000 you can probably buy everything I have except the nitrous kit. Do a search before anything.

Dont go nitrous. Not a good idea IMO, too many variable...I had it for a while and got scared to use it (on 2 cars including the S). I would recomend a CAI -comptech (350+/-), or aem/injen (230 +/-), or one of our sponsers has a gunmetal one which doesn't look bad at all for like 150. Then maybe the vafc + tunning. Then the spoon cooling stuff....

find a dyno and have them tune the vafc for you. If you just put the vafc in and play with it yourself you will be lost and confused and so will your car (Im guessing you dont have fuel map tunning experience)....
