Default What year is my ECU?

My 2001 motor was replaced under warranty with a 2003 motor this past July the entire motor was replaced short block and head. Would they have used my old ECU or a new one?

They wouldn't have swapped PCM's. So you still have the 01

that kind of sucks if thats true ^^.. i say this because the 02/03 ECU's are known to offer more hp.

if you dont believe, check out the part numbers.

I have replaced short blocks before under warranty, Trust me AHM only replaces what they have to. The car still has the original PCM.
