Hi i am looking to do diy Rear Wheel bearing and inboard swap my car has about 95k i was wondering what parts should be replaced?

for the wheel bearing is it okay just to replace the wheel bearing? or should i change the race and hub at the same time?

also for the cv axle swap what grease would you recommended using? i was thinking of using amsoil Series 2000 Synthetic Racing Grease?

Nope, skip that grease for CVs. Probably won't hold up very well. Get a CV specific grease like Red Line CV-2.
