anyone know where these two wires go?

the first one is the wire that comes off the back of the starter. 12v?






second one looks like a ground, but it could also be power? anyone have a idea? i left the manual at work and i can seem to find any info on it, trying to get the car started this weekend. comes from the back of the motor in the main harness

any help would be appreciated..

im pretty sure the one coming from the back of the motor is a ground, im not sure about the one off the starter
